  4. 4. Signed Speaker Release Form covering the abstract and biography submitted.
    1. - Abstracts and speaker biographies will not be posted to the conference program without a speaker release form covering the abstract and biography.
    3. - Speakers may not present at the conference without a speaker release form covering their presentation.
    5. - Poster papers will be considered
